The ATS Help Desk Call Center is committed to providing technical needs to the MSU community, by offering computing assistance to students, faculty, staff, and retirees of MSU. Support is available by telephone and e-mail, and there are numerous full time and student employees who are eager to provide service. The ATS Help Desk Call Center is dedicated to extending worry-free services to the MSU community, and they can assist with general computing questions, troubleshooting computer issues, problem reports, and configuring personal computers to work with the MSU network and mail system. There is no charge for basic services.
