User Services
User Services helps ATS teams meet business needs by using resources effectively and efficiently. We are responsible for financial management, change management, and IT service continuity management throughout ATS. These endeavors follow the ITIL model, an international standard that defines best practices for an IT organization to support the business needs of an institution, in this case the University.
