The Customer Service team provides valuable support to MSU faculty, staff and administrators when media equipment, repair or technical assistance services are needed for regularly scheduled classes, commencement, training sessions or special events. Each year our Customer Service Representatives receive, interpret and process thousands of requests for service that are fulfilled by the Classroom Services’ and/or other Media Services staff. They also invoice customers for charged services.
